Curious Design Review

Editorial policy

Curious Design Review aims to make design easier to read without pretending that every judgment is objective. We explain our reasoning, separate fact from interpretation and correct clear errors.

Accuracy and context

We check factual statements against material available to the editorial team and describe the basis for claims where it matters. Design judgments are presented as analysis, not universal truths. We avoid claims that require unseen testing or access we do not have, and we make uncertainty clear when context is incomplete.

Independence and corrections

Editorial decisions are made independently of commercial partners. Readers can report an error through the Contact page; useful correction requests identify the article and the passage in question. When we confirm a material error, we amend the text and make the correction clear in the article.

Partner material and illustrations

Paid placements and other partner material are identified plainly so readers can distinguish them from independent editorial coverage. A partnership does not guarantee a favourable review or determine our conclusions. Some illustrations may be AI-generated; where relevant, they are labelled, and they should not be mistaken for documentary photographs.
